3) Orders
Order Placement: Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will occur upon shipment of the products to you.
Payment: We accept various payment methods, as indicated on the Website. You agree to pay allapplicable taxes and shipping charges.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order prior to shipment. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder.
You may also opt for credit note that can be redeemed later for any future purchase on our website with validity of 2 months.
Note: Any delay in delivery due to unexpected circumstances in transit, order cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation no credit refund will be provided.
4) Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, as indicated on the Website. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and your location.
Delivery: We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss of products purchased on the Website is passed to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5) Returns and Refunds
RED OCHRE acknowledges the return of products is only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else RED OCHRE will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to support@redochreindia.com and a prompt response is assured from our end. We will evaluate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.
Goods or products if / once used are not eligible for returns or exchange , Incase the product is intact and in appropriately good condition the intimation to our mail id support@redochreindia.com should reach us within 48 hrs.
Personalized/Customized products are not subject to return or exchange.
In case of return, there is no credit refund given to the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of the same or higher value by paying the remainder within the exchange period of 1 month. You may also opt for credit notes that can be redeemed later for any future purchase on our website with a validity of 2 months.
Please note that the assistance provided in terms of exchange, return or repair of damaged products shall remain specific to the country where the product was purchased.

We try our best to take photos of products under natural light since we want the actual products to look similar to what you have seen on the website/page. Hence, slight discrepancies are unavoidable.
